The house VILA MARIJA is situated in a small sand bay in the town of Donja Prezida on the south side of the island. It has nine similar four-bedded apartments, each of which has its own terrace with a view of the sea. When the weather is fine, the opposite islands of the Zadar archipelago can be seen, such as Ugljan, Molat and many small, nameless but picturesque islands, which are sea-birds habitats.
From the side terraces of the second floor, you can see the white slopes of Velebit. Every night these terraces are bathed in the red and orange colors of the setting sun. In the morning and long into the day, they hold the night freshness in their shades, and it is a true pleasure to drink the morning tea in the shadow by the sea.

The interior of the air-conditioned apartments consists of four rooms. Entrance leads into a kitchen with a dining room and the appropriate basic furniture. The apartments are equipped with a telephone with direct dialing and Internet approach, and a TV with satellite channels. One bedroom has double bed, and the other has two single beds. The bathroom is equipped with the glass shower and other necessary equipment.

Every apartment has its own parking space in front of the house.

Few of the Croatian national parks and sights of nature are relatively near, so the tourists can organize one-day trips for themselves.
